Robert and Blanche Hall of Allegheny Township will celebrate 50 years of marriage Saturday with a family dinner. An open house will follow from 2 to 4 p.m. in the fellowship hall at Martinsburg Presbyterian Church, 128 Main St. Bruin.

The former Blanche Oesterling married Hall on Aug. 5, 1955, in Oakland, Md.

They have five children, Thomas Hall of Bruin; Deb Shortess of Port Townsend; Wash.; Teresa Biddle of Glenville; Robert Hall of Griffin, Ga.; and Beverly Leyda of Union City.

They also have 13 grandchildren.

The couple is retired from dairy farming. They are the former owners of a dairy farm near Bruin.

The couple requests no gifts.
