Local musician Tony “Washboard Tony” Frochio and a group of church musicians will headline the first “Shout Out Night” Friday at “3:12,” 312 N. Main St.

The event will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. and include light refreshments.

Frochio said, “It's open to anyone who wants to attend. I will be playing drums, congas, washboard and all kinds of percussion, as well as singing.

“There will be different musicians from around area churches. There will be testimonies and drug rescue professionals on hand,” he said.

The site 3:12 was opened as a community space in January by North Main Street Church of God.

Frochio said he hopes Friday's event will get different programs and churches interested in using the space.

“We are all in it together to make this town better,” he said.
