Patricia and Charles Phoebe

Charles and Patricia Phoebe of Valencia will celebrate 55 years of marriage with a family dinner at Hoovers Old Plank Restaurant in Middlesex Township.

The former Patricia Colvin married Phoebe on June 8, 1951, at Dormont Presbyterian Church.

They have four children, Charles Phoebe of Uxbridge, Mass.; Holly Feiler of Shadyside; Amy Shuldiner of Winnetka, Ill.; and Jay Phoebe of Pleasant Hills.

They also have 11 grandchildren.

Phoebe is a retired mechanical engineer. He belongs to the Society of Automotive Engineers and the American Petroleum Institute.

Mrs. Phoebe is a homemaker. She is a member of the Daughters of The American Revolution and the Women's Club of Southern Butler County.
