Bernard and Helen Gajewski

Bernard and Helen Gajewski celebrated 70 years of marriage recently with a family dinner.

The former Helen Yankowski married Gajewski on June 20, 1937, at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church in Lyndora.

They have two children, John Gajewski and Bernice Thoma, both of Butler.

They also have two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Gajewski is retired from Armco, where he worked as a foreman in the inspection department.

Mrs. Gajewski is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church.
