Edward and Virginia Johnson

Edward and Virginia Johnson of Butler will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner party Saturday at the home of their son. The celebration is given by their children and grandchildren.

The former Virginia Miller married Johnson June 14, 1957, at First United Methodist Church in Butler.

They have two children, Janis Hackett of Butler and Ed Johnson of Renfrew.

They also have four grandchildren.

Johnson is retired from the Armco Pipe Shop.

Mrs. Johnson is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to First United Methodist Church.
