Charles and Joanne Miller of Butler celebrated 40 years of marriage recently with a family dinner.

The former Joanne Trimbur married Miller June 10, 1967, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have three children, Christine Gilliland, David Miller and Brian Miller, all of Butler.

They also have seven grandchildren.

Miller is retired from AK Steel.

Mrs. Miller is a retired day care worker.

The couple belongs to St. John Roman Catholic Church in Fenelton.
