Patrick and Vicki Sammons of Evans City celebrated 40 years of marriage recently with a party in their honor at the North Park Ranch House.

The former Vicki Knauff married Sammons May 13, 1967.

They have three children, Tiffany Burke, Ken Sammons and Kim Lewis.

They also have eight grandchildren.

Sammons is a retired postal clerk. He is currently employed at the Butler Auto Auction.

Mrs. Sammons works as a postal clerk at the Mars Post Office.
