Robert and Betty Lou Eppinger

Robert and Betty Lou Eppinger of Butler will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner and a weekend trip.

The former Betty Lou Host married Eppinger Aug. 26, 1957, in Butler.

They have a son, Robert Eppinger Jr. of Butler. Another son, James Eppinger, is deceased.

They also have a grandson.

Eppinger is a retired coal miner. He is a life member of both the East Butler and Oneida Valley volunteer fire companies.

Mrs. Eppinger is a homemaker. She is a life member of the Oneida Valley Fire Company's Ladies Auxiliary.
