Emil and Marian Tracy

Emil and Marian Tracy of Butler celebrated 65 years of marriage recently with a family dinner at their home.

The former Marian Schmitt married Tracy Sept. 24, 1942, in Camp Lee, Va.

They have six children, Barbara Boulos of Wexford, Daniel Tracy of Monroeville and Deborah Tracy, Kristine DeMatt, Randy Tracy and Beth Tracy-Gereshensky, all of Butler.

They also have nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Tracy is the retired owner of the former Butler Office Products. He has been active in the community and in several organizations, including Rotary, Knights of Columbus, the Elks Club, Moose and VFW. He is a veteran of World War II and the Korean War.

Mrs. Tracy is a homemaker.

The Tracys are members of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
