Richard and Durelle Klavon

Richard and Durelle Klavon of Cranberry Township celebrated 50 years of marriage by renewing their vows May 24 at New Hope Fellowship in Cranberry Township. The Rev. Bruce Beal officiated and their grandchildren took part in the service. Following the service, the family had a luncheon at Atria's and the Klavons spent the night at Sheraton Station Square as a gift from their children.

Klavon married the former Durelle Davis on May 24, 1958.

They have three children, Scott Klavon of Sewickley, Richelle Christy of Las Vegas and Brent Klavon of Washington, D.C.

They also have four grandchildren.

Klavon is a retired steamfitter with the Local 449.

Mrs. Klavon is also retired.
