Nellie Musko

Nellie Musko of Highfield celebrated her 90th birthday Sept. 28 with a party hosted by her family at Butler Township Park. About 125 guests attended.

The former Nellie Nanchuck was born Sept. 28, 1918, in Lyndora. She married Paul Musko. He is deceased.

She has five sons, Richard Musko, Kenneth Musko, Daniel Musko, George Musko and Thomas Musko, all of Butler.

She also has 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Musko is a homemaker and takes pride in her family. She enjoys baking, especially pitzells.

She belongs to the Sisterhood of the Alter at the St. Andrew Russian Orthodox Church in Lyndora, where she is one of the oldest members.
