Dorothy Jordan

Dorothy Jordan of Butler will celebrate her 100th birthday from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at New Testament Baptist Church on Duffy Road.

The former Dorothy Patton was born March 2, 1909, in Butler. She married Albert Jordan Nov. 10, 1939, in Butler. He is deceased.

She has two children, Ronald Jordan of Butler and Larry Jordan of Bellefontaine, Ohio. Her son Charles is deceased.

She also has eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Jordan is a homemaker and a charter member of Fundamental Baptist Church, now New Testament Baptist Church. She is still active in many church ministries.
