Sequete 50th anniversary
Carl Richard "Dick" and Nancy Sequete of Renfrew celebrated 50 years of marriage in Venice, Fla. They also enjoyed a family dinner and took a family cruise to the Caribbean. They will renew their vows in June at the Gateway Lodge in Cook Forest.
Sequete married the former Nancy Moore on Feb. 7, 1959, at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
They have three children, Pamela Baldauf of Butler, Scott Sequete of Morgantown, W.Va., and Carla Stephenson of Erie.
They also have four grandchildren and are expecting their first great-grandchild.
Sequete owned and operated several restaurants and is semi-retired from Northwood Realty. He enjoys golfing and computers. He belongs to St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
Mrs. Sequete, as a homemaker, is involved in several committees at Brandywine Village. She enjoys flower gardening and painting and belongs to St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Chicora.
The Sequetes enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
