SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Lisa Boehler, 39, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to drive on the right side of the road and failing to use a turn signal, filed July 28 by state police.

James Leri, 45, of Freeport pleaded guilty to a charge of writing a bad check, filed Sept. 7 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $11,000 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Stephen Grada, 38, of Adrian, Pa., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed July 13 by state police.

Dean Krelko, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of writing bad checks and theft, filed Aug. 11 by Buffalo Township police.

James Beck, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 1 by state police.

Anthony Pallone, 21, waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 14 by Penn Township police.

Donald Hayes, 57, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failing to drive on the right side of the road, filed Aug. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

Gregory Braun, 21, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of recklessly endangering another person, filed June 6 by Middlesex Township police.

Braun also waived to court charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed May 26 by Middlesex Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Russell Paul Kelosky, 40, of 178 Double Road, Renfrew, had his case waived to court. State police charged Kelosky June 28 with driving under the influence with highest rate of alcohol.Matthew David Dipner, 21, of 417 Bartrum Ave., New Castle, had his case waived to court. State police charged Dipner Aug. 24 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with highest rate of alcohol, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Hope Marlowe, 32, of 102 E. McGowan St., Prospect had her case sent to court after a preliminary hearing. State police charged Marlowe Aug. 29 with driving under the influence with highest rate of alcohol and driving without a license.Kevin Matthew Furry, 21, of Sagertown had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock police charged Furry Aug. 30 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with high rate of alcohol, minor driving under the influence, minor prohibited from operating with alcohol, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor and duties at a stop sign.Lance Harris Becker, 19, of 2/3 ACR Rear Detachment, Fort Carson, Colo., had his case waived to court. State police charged Becker Aug. 1 with driving under the influence general impairment, minor driving under the influence, careless driving, reckless driving, minor prohibited from operating with alcohol, improperly backing up a vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
