Sentence Court
Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences on Thursday:
Devin Kent Hamilton, 26, of Greenville, was sentenced to five years of probation with the first 105 days on house arrest and $1,700 in fines for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Hamilton was charged June 16, 2020, and pleaded guilty March 23.
Daniel J. Dellich Jr., 46, of Boyers, was sentenced to one year of probation and a $100 fine for possession of a controlled substance. Dellich was charged May 17, 2019, and pleaded guilty on March 3. In a second case, he was sentenced to 30 months of probation with the first nine months on house arrest and a $500 fine for possession with the intent to deliver. He was charged on March 14, 2019, and pleaded guilty on March 3. In a third case, he was sentenced to 30 months of probation with the first nine months on house arrest and a $500 fine for possession with intent to deliver. He was charged on March 8, 2019, and pleaded guilty on March 3. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to one year of probation and a $100 fine for possession of a controlled substance. Dellich was charged Aug. 30, 2019, and pleaded guilty March 3.
Walt Christopher Beck, 39, of Columbus, Ohio, was sentenced to 18 months of probation and must pay a restitution order for burglary. He received four months of credit for time already served. Beck was charged Aug. 22, 2017, and pleaded guilty March 7, 2019.
William Robert Ringler, 49, of Chicora, was sentenced to one year minus a day to two years minus two days in jail for possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver. Ringler immediately was paroled. He was charged May 28, 2019, and pleaded guilty March 2.
Bryan M. Webb, 34, of Butler, was sentenced to six to 23 and a half months in jail, and 25 hours of community service for strangulation. He immediately was paroled. Webb was charged Oct. 26 and pleaded guilty March 23.
Robert J. Miller, 62, of Cowansville, was sentenced to one year of probation for inhaling solvents. He was charged Jan. 21, 2020, and pleaded guilty March 16.
Robert L. Ruediger, 51, of Sarver, was sentenced to three months to one year in jail and six months probation for simple assault. Ruediger was charged Aug. 12, 2019, and pleaded no contest March 9.
Jeffrey A. Blystone, 58, of Worthington, was sentenced to five years of probation with the first 15 months on house arrest, an additional 90 days of house arrest, $2,500 in fines and 100 hours of community service for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Blystone was charged Oct. 23, 2019.
Raini D. Perry, 30, of Circleville, Ohio, was sentenced to 18 months of probation and must pay several restitution orders for theft. Perry was charged Aug. 11, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 19. In a second case, she was sentenced to 18 months of probation and must pay a restitution order for theft. She was charged Aug. 23, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 19.
Michael J. Young Jr., 18, of Chicora, was sentenced to one year of probation, restitution orders and 25 hours of community service for criminal mischief and conspiring to commit criminal mischief. Young was charged Aug. 10 and pleaded guilty Feb. 23.
Brandon E. Loughman, 31, of Butler, was sentenced to one year of probation, a restitution order, a $25 fine and 25 hours of community service for retail theft and drug paraphernalia. Loughman was charged Sept. 14 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 2.
