CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan Steffe recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Patrick Joseph Schantz, 23, of Carnegie, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 19 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.

Erin Dawn Darney, 31, of Kittanning waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 15 with retail theft.

Denise A. Beckwith, 43, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 19 with driving under the influence.

Paul E. Bowden, 43, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 29 with harassment and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Mark Coleman, 39, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 7 with driving under the influence and careless driving.

Craig Vinski, 39, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 13 with driving under the influence.

Daniel A. Sanner, 52, of Baden waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 with driving under the influence and careless driving.

David W. Stevenson, 31, of Freedom waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 12 with retail theft.

Joseph E. Anthony, 64, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 7 with recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kevin Jacob Garlicki, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence, giving a false report to police, underage drinking and careless driving.Corey Hambright, 21, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 22 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence and underage drinking.Brian Bernard Kight, 44, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 29 by state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.
