Robert "Bob" McCarl

Robert "Bob" McCarl of Boyers celebrated his 90th birthday with a celebration given by his children at Epiphany Church in Boyers.

He was born July 3, 1919, in Grove City.

He was married to Yolanda DeMatteis McCarl, who died Oct. 25, 2007.

He has four children, Elsie Seanor of New Cumberland, Sylvia Snyder of Boyers, Diane Carlantonio of Boyers and Ron McCarl of Boyers.

McCarl was the owner and operator of McCarl's Tavern in Hilliards.

He attends Epiphany Roman Catholic Church in Boyers.
