The Penningtons in 1959

Ed and Judie Pennington of Sarver celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Hoss's in Grove City.

Ed Pennington married the former Judie McGrady on June 27, 1959, at North Street Christian Church in Butler.

They have two children, Edward Pennington of Clarendon and Lee Anne Pennington of Reserve Township.

They also have two grandchildren.

Pennington is retired from Wonder/Hostess Baking, where he worked for 37 years. He enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.

Mrs. Pennington is retired from National City Bank in Sarver. She enjoys playing cards and shopping.

The Penningtons both enjoy wintering at their home in Palmetto, Fla., and spending time with their grandchildren.
