The Hutchisons in 1959

David and Edna Hutchison of Karns City celebrated 50 years of marriage with a surprise party June 21 given by their children and family members at the Sportsmans Club in Fenelton.

Hutchison married the former Edna Plunkard on June 24, 1959, in the Church of God in Karns City.

They have three children, David Hutchison of Portersville, Kristen Fuchs of Meridian and Karen Calderone of Harmony.

They also have three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Hutchison is retired from Indespec Chemical after 25 years. He is an avid bowler and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Mrs. Hutchison is a homemaker. She enjoys shopping, reading and spending time with their grandchildren and great-grandchild.
