The Osbornes in 1959

John and Ginny Osborne of Prospect will celebrate 50 years of marriage with an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Prospect Presbyterian Church.

Osborne married the former Virginia Miller on Aug. 28, 1959, in Prospect Presbyterian Church.

They have four children, John Osborne of Prospect, Jim Osborne of Butler, Robin Monn of Prospect and Jerry Osborne of Evans City.

They also have 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Osborne is a machine mechanic at McDowell's Farm Implement.

Mrs. Osborne is a counselor at Community Care Connections.

The Osbornes are members of the Presbyterian Church of Prospect.
