The Morrows in 1959

Ben and Alice Morrow of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a renewal of their vows and a surprise party at the Dew Drop Inn on July 10, followed by a surprise party July 25 with more family and friends.

Morrow married the former Alice Straup on July 10, 1959, at Karns City Methodist Church in Karns City.

They have two children, Kevin Morrow of Port Trevorton and Karen Stewart of Butler.

They also have four grandchildren.

Mr. Morrow is retired from Armco after 31 years.

Mrs. Morrow is a homemaker.

The Morrows now attend the Fenelton Methodist Church in Fenelton.
