Forsythe 66th anniversary
The Forsythes in 1944
William and Viola Forsythe of Butler celebrated 66 years of marriage.
The Forsythes were married on Feb. 4, 1944.
They have three children, Darlaine Thompson, Loraine Bowser and Russel Forsythe, all of Butler.
They also have three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Forsythe is retired from Pullman Standard after 40 years of service. He also is a retired pilot.
Mrs. Forsythe is a homemaker.
The Forsythes attend Meridian United Presbyterian Church.
