Lee and Pat McGinnis

Lee and Pat McGinnis of Chicora celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner.

McGinnis married the former Pat Young on Sept. 3, 1960, at Mater Dolorosa Church in Chicora.

They have one child, Linda Weber of Chicora. Another child, John McGinnis, is deceased.

They also have three grandchildren.

McGinnis is a service technician at Parker Appliance. He is a 55-year member of the Chicora Volunteer Fire Company. He belongs to Zion Lutheran Church in Chicora.Mrs. McGinnis is an assistant teacher at Butler County Children's Center. She belongs to Mater Dolorosa Church in Chicora.
