Martsolf 60th anniversary
Guy and Goldie Martsolf of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage.
Martsolf married the former Goldie Thompson on Nov. 17, 1950, at the home of the Rev. Lamonte McMillan, pastor of the Unionville Presbyterian Church.
They have five children, Rosilie Stamm and Guy Martsolf Jr., both of Butler, Louis Martsolf of Fort Worth, Texas, Timothy Martsolf of Meadville and Judith McKay of New Brighton.
They also have 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Martsolf worked as a driller and blaster at Kesco in Evans City.
Mrs. Martsolf was a certified food service supervisor and worked at several nursing homes and Butler memorial Hospital.
They enjoy playing cards at the Unionville Grange and spending time with their family.
They are affiliated with the United Church of the Nazarene in Claytonia.
