McMillen 60th anniversary
Dean and Mary Belle McMillen of Evans City celebrated 60 years of marriage.
McMillen married the former Mary Belle Davison on Dec. 6, 1950, at the home of the Rev. Ronald Wilson, pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Winchester, Va.
They have four children, Larry (Joyce) McMillen of Pittsburgh, Craig (Nancy) McMillen of North Washington, Scott (Roberta) McMillen of Virginia and Colleen McMillen and husband Gary Himmelwright of Zelienople.
A daughter-in-law, Mitzi Morrow McMillen, is deceased.
They also have nine grandchildren, three stepgranddaughters and one great-granddaughter.
McMillen has been retired for 19 years from the machine shop at Armco Steel, now AK Steel. He is very active in his community and in the organizations to which he belongs.
Mrs. McMillen is retired from Avada Hearing and Balance Center, where she worked for many years mainly in the Zelienople and Butler Offices.
The McMillens are members of St. Peters Lutheran Church in Evans City.
