Donna and Kenneth Mackrell

Kenneth and Donna Mackrell of Chicora will celebrate 60 years of marriage.

Mackrell married the former Donna Andre on Feb. 22, 1951, at Zion Lutheran Church in Chicora.

They have three children, Kenneth Mackrell of Portersville, David Mackrell of Portersville and Les Mackrell of Chicora.

They also have four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mackrell is retired as manager of the auto body shop of Jack's Ford in Sarver. He served in the Army during World War II.

Mrs. Mackrell is retired as an administrative assistant at Chicora Medical Center.The Mackrells belong to Chicora United Methodist Church.
