The Vettoris in 1956

Al and Carol Vettori of Saxonburg will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family picnic Sunday at the family farm.

The former Carol Paulsen married Vettori on June 12, 1956, at Buffalo Presbyterian Church in Sarver.

They have four children, Diane Sepich, David Vettori and Daryl Vettori, all of Saxonburg, and Darlene Becker of Butler.

They also have five grandchildren.

Vettori is self-employed at his family business and farm. He is a member of Northeast Equipment Dealers Association, Pennsylvania Motor Trucking Association and the American Quarter Horse AssociationMrs. Vettori is also employed in the family business.Both are Presbyterians.
