BELLEFONTE — Four Butler wrestlers participated in the Pennsylvania Amateur Wrestling Federation State Championship last weekend.

Blake Caudill, a 112-pound junior, finished first in Greco wrestling and second in freestyle. He earned a spot on the Pa. Junior National Team.

That squad will be competing at the Asics 2011 Junior National Championship July 15-23 in Fargo, N.D. The team will be competing against state champions and other individuals from 42 other states.

Other Butler results from the PAWF State Championships included:

• Jeremiah Bortmas, 125-pound schoolboy, placed second in Greco.

• Nick Sutton, 125-pound junior, placed second in freestyle.

• Korey Caudill, 112-pound junior, placed fourth in Greco and fourth in freestyle.
