9:26 p.m. Tuesday - Three men were charged with illegally riding skateboards on the roof of the YMCA Day Care building on North Jackson Street. Cited were Nathan Sykes, 21, and Michael McGrady, 24, both of Butler; and William Zavidny, 18, of Prospect.

3:10 a.m. Tuesday - A car driven by Jessica Reott, 20, of Butler struck a large stone on Hall Road in Clay Township, and ended off the road against a guardrail and tree. Dan Gerard, 20, of Butler, a passenger in the car, suffered minor injuries.
