FRANKLIN TWP, Beaver County — The Red Barn Players’ final show of the season will be the comedy/drama “Steel Magnolias.”

The action is set in Truvy’s beauty salon in Chinquapin, La., where all the ladies who are “anybody” come to have their hair done.

The cast includes Sue Ann Aiken of Franklin Township; Tammy Erkman and Cierra Vandevort, both of Ellwood City; Marissa Stonefield of Chippewa Township, Beaver County; Cindy West of Bellevue; and Toniaray DiGiacomo of Hampton Township, Allegheny County.

The show, written by Robert Harling, will be directed by Patrick Erkman of Ellwood City.

Performances are set for 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and Sept. 22-24 and 29-30 and Oct. 1 at the Red Barn Theatre on Route 288.
