12:40 p.m. Wednesday — Micah Sproat, 26, of Butler was charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault after he allegedly assaulted Joelle J. Lees, 24, of Butler during an argument at their West Pearl Street residence.

Dec. 16 — Someone stole a green snowmobile belonging to Ronald Gravatt from his garage on Patton Road in Sandy Lake Township between Dec. 15 and Dec. 16. Anyone with information should call police at 724-662-6162.

1:59 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Jennifer Shannon, 22, of Slippery Rock crashed and rolled onto its roof on Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Shannon suffered minor injuries and was not wearing a seat belt.1:45 p.m. Thursday — Someone stole two UPS packages belonging to Victor R. Cotton from 121 Cotton Lane in Clinton Township between 1:17 and 1:45 p.m. Thursday. Anyone with information should contact police at 724-284-8100.3:45 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Raymond R. Parrott, 23, of New Castle and a pickup truck driven by Dean W. Marshall, 38, of Zelienople collided on Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township. No injuries were reported.2:19 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Joseph R. Killgallon, 45, of Butler and a car driven by Lynn E. Johnston, 59, of New Castle collided on Route 422 near Route 388 in Slippery Rock Township. Johnston complained of injury but declined medical attention. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
