Rittelmann 50th anniversary
Dick and Jane Rittelmann of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner June 12 at Clifford’s Restaurant and a family cruise to the Greek isles in July.
Rittelmann married the former Jane Nicholas on June 17, 1961, at St. Peters in Butler.
They have four children, Linda Rittelmann of Baltimore, Bill Rittelmann of Butler, Carrie Semanco of Butler and Leesa Rittelmann of Fredonia, N.Y.
They also have four grandchildren.
Rittelmann is a retired architect.
He is a retired chairman of Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann and a trustee of Butler County Community College.
He also is a member of the VNA board, the PA American Institute of Architects board, a former U.S. Representative to the International Energy Agency and a former Naval officer and chief engineer of the USS Wiltsie.
Mrs. Rittelmann was a homemaker. She is a member of the Associated Artists of Butler County Board, Oakview Women’s Golf League, the Butler Country Club and the Town and County Garden Club.
The Rittelmanns are both members of St. Pauls and the Golden Tornado Scholastic Foundation Board.
