The Gibsons in 1951

Gerald and Vivian Gibson of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family dinner Oct. 15 at Rosehaven Bed and Breakfast.

Gibson married the former Vivian Frazier on Oct. 13, 1951, at Hill United Presbyterian Church.

They have four children, Glenda Enright of Cambridge, Ohio, Judy Gibson Buzanoski of Butler, Jeff Gibson of Butler and the late Don Gibson.

They also have five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Gibson is retired from Armco Steel. He is a member of Summit Township Sportsman's Club.

He enjoys his beagles, hunting and camping.

Mrs. Gibson previously worked at the Credit Bureau of Butler County and was a housewife.She enjoys painting, bowling and camping.The Gibsons are members of St. John's Reformed Church.
