Evelyn and Walter Antoszyk

Walter and Evelyn Antoszyk of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage with an open house.

Antoszyk married the former Evelyn Acquavita on Aug. 30, 1952, at St. John’s Byzantine Catholic Church in Lyndora.

They have four children, Rosemary Kriley, Marie Plyler, Walter Antoszyk and Stephen Antoszyk, all of Butler.

They also have four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Antoszyk is retired from Allegheny Ludlum. He is also a Navy veteran.

Mrs. Antoszyk worked at the Butler Shirt Factory, Deshon Hospital and Troutmans.

The Antoszyks were also the owners of Walter’s Floral Shop.

They enjoy dancing, traveling to their winter home in Florida and spending time with their family.
