Betty Stuckie

Betty Stuckie of Butler celebrated her 90th birthday with a surprise open house at the Townhouse Apartments Clubroom with 40 friends and relatives.

The former Betty Wagner was born March 30, 1923, in Ellwood City. She married the late Floyd Stuckie on Aug. 14, 1940, at the United Methodist Church of Butler.

She has three children, Marcia Tompkins of Tennessee, Diann Morse of Slippery Rock and the late Gail Snyder. She also has three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Stuckie retired from ServiStar in 1981 and retired as a VA Medical Center volunteer in 2011. She is a member of VFW Post 249.
