The Macuraks in 1953

Barbara and Joseph Macurak of Chicora will celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family dinner.

Macurak married the former Barbara Gajewski on May 2,1953, at St. George Church in Pittsburgh.

They have six children, Joe and Jim Macurak, both of Karns City, Jerry Macurak of Bruin, John Macurak of Sligo, Jeannette Macurak of Erie and Beveryly Filges of Chicora.

They also have eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Macurak is a retired steelmill worker.

Mrs. Macurak is a homemaker.

The Macuraks are members of the Mater Dolorosa Church in Chicora.
