Dollar 30th anniversary
John and Lucy Dollar of Butler celebrated 30 years of marriage with a recent trip to Amish country in Holmes County, Ohio.
Dollar married the former Lucy Hetrick in Boardman, Ohio, in 1983. The Rev. David Verzill officiated.
The Dollars have two sons, Bill Hile of East Brady and Chris Hile of St. Petersburg. They also have two grandsons.
Dollar is retired from Marmon Keystone in East Butler and now works for NAPA Auto Parts. He attends the Butler Church of the Nazarene and is president of the Stirling Village Condominium Association.
Mrs. Dollar was an English teacher at Karns City High School. She volunteers at the VNA Hospice and with the Butler Library Doorstep program. She also is a member of the ACTS Choir.
She is a member of Tetelestai Church in New Kensington.
