Bell 90th birthday
Roberta “Jean” Reisinger Bell of Forestville celebrated her 90th birthday with a family dinner and a surprise birthday party given in Forestville by the United Methodist Women’s Group, close friends and neighbors.
The former Roberta Reisinger was born Sept. 10, 1923, in Cleveland, Ohio. She married the late Robert Lee Bell on Oct. 24, 1942, in Forestville.
She has one child, Beau V. Bell of Slippery Rock Township. She also has three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
Bell worked for Alcoa during World War II. She also worked for Slippery Rock School District as a custodian.
She is a member of the Harrisville Community Club and the Slippery Rock Senior Center. Bell has been a member of the United Methodist Church of Forestville for more than 70 years.
