The Butler Health System is sponsoring a series of free sessions designed to provide heart failure patients, their families and caregivers with the educational tools to manage their condition and enhance their quality of life.

The September session, “Introduction to Heart Failure” will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 18 in Findley Auditorium in the Tower Entrance of Butler Memorial Hospital. The presentation will be given by Dr. Dean Wolz and Emily Stefaniak, CRNP.
