5:18 a.m. Tuesday - A car driven by Raymond Bruschi, 34, of Butler and a truck driven by Mark Spencer, 38, of Clay Township collided at Jefferson and Main streets. Bruschi was cited for a traffic signal violation.
5:15 a.m. Tuesday - A car driven by Kevin Slee, 33, of Harrisville struck one of several cows that wandered from a farm onto Route 8 in Mercer Township. Slee, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. The owner of the cows and the condition of the cow struck in the crash were not known this morning.
5:41 p.m. Tuesday - Three youths, whom police did not identify, are suspected of breaking into a shed along Route 208 in Clintonville, Venango County. It was not immediately known if anything was taken from the shed, owned by Walter Minsinger of Pittsburgh.
Tuesday - A 1988 Chevrolet Corsica that had broken down along Interstate 79 in Plain Grove Township, Mercer County, later was stolen. The owner, Annette Budner of Lyndora, said the car was taken between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
