Bananas stuffed with chocolate, marshmallows and peanut butter can be roasted over a fire or in coals.

BananasChocolate chipsMini marshmallowsPeanut butter (optional)Cut a small slit in the peel about ½ inch wide and peel to open but do not remove. Cut a wedge lengthwise from the banana. Save for later.Fill the crevice with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and a dollop of peanut butter if desired.Put the banana wedge back on top and put peel back on top. Wrap tightly in foil and place over fire or in the coals until melted.
