CLINTON TWP - State police have identified the driver of a fatal accident this morning as Douglas McCullough, 52, of Sarver.

According to police, McCullough was Jeep Liberty was traveling east on Goldscheitter Road around 7:30 a.m. when the vehicle left the road, hit a tree and overturned.

McCullough, who was not wearing a seat belt, and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

The accident is under investigation.
