CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Nicole Day Pugliano, 31, of no given address, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 26 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

David Anthony Dimuccio, 24, of New Castle had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 16 with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and disorderly conduct.

Justin David Kohnen, 23, of New Castle had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 16 with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and disorderly conduct.

Traci Leigh Borst, 26, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Zachary David Custer, 20, of Harrisville waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 10 with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tracy Darcell Dodson, 39, of New Castle waived her case to court. She was charged July 8 with retail theft.

He was charged Dec. 30 by Adams Township police with aggravated assault by a vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, recklessly endangering another person, driving under the influence of alcohol, consuming alcohol as a minor and reckless driving.Gary Michael Morini, 44, of West Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 15 by Adams Township police with theft by deception and writing bad checks.Anita Marie Morini, 43, of West Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 15 by Adams Township police with theft by deception, fraud and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Chester Eugene Dietrich, 20, of Butler waived his case to court.
