Helen C. Cousins

Helen C. Cousins, 102, formerly of 125 St. Paul's St., died Tuesday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Aug. 14, 1907, in Slippery Rock, she was the daughter of the late William G. Eates and Mona Irene Cartwright Eates.

Mrs. Cousins was a homemaker and a truck driver with her husband.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she had been a member of the Relief Society of the church.

Mrs. Cousins was preceded in death by her son, Harry R. Frazier of Hollywood, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Pauline F. Wazelle of Maumee, Ohio, and Marilyn J. Bradford of Silverton, Ore.; one brother, William F. Eates of Butler; her parents; and by her husband, Paul B. Cousins, who died in 1978.

<B>COUSINS</B> — Friends of Helen C. Cousins, who died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009, will be received from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, 365 Sawmill Run Road, Butler. Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Bishop Kevin Popa of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints officiating. Interment will follow in the Slippery Rock Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Butler County Humane Society, 1027 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053 or to the Sunnyview Auxiliary, 107 Sunnyview Circle, Butler, PA 16001.Arrangements are being handled by the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, and information and private guest book are available at www.thompson-miller.com.
