The Louis Charles & Co. Head to Toe Salon and Day Spa has been a privately owned salon in Butler since 1984. Tammy Blatt owned and managed our salon for 10 years until it changed hands in 2008 to Kris Spreng.

Being a smaller corporation enables us to be more personal with our staff and our customers. We are a great group of individuals who take great pride in our work and are grateful for our ability to interact with so many people.

We pride ourselves on our attention and commitment to our customers, our genuine family-friendly environment, and our extensive training and knowledge.

We know the importance of professional products for maintaining the health and integrity of the hair and skin. We are passionate about educating our customers on techniques and products that are specific to their needs.

To help our customers cut some of the costs of these products, we provide a refill program for select hair care products. Here’s how it works:

Buy the original shampoo and/or conditioner in retail size. When you are finished with your product, you simply bring in your empty bottle to us and we will refill it with the same product for a fraction of the cost. The savings to you is estimated around 30 percent off per refill.

The shampoo and conditioner available for refill are: Tigi Bed Head; Fashionista Oatmeal Honey, Curls Rocks, Self Absorbed, Superstar, Dumb Blonde and Control Freak Sebastian; Drench and Light Framesi; and Shine In.

We hope this will enable you to continue the use of professional hair care, save money, and help our environment by eliminating excess waste.
