Paul P. Holub

Paul P. Holub, 88, of Butler died Saturday at the Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born Oct. 14, 1920, in Wall, Allegheny County, he was the son of Vasley and Ann (Helenich) Holub.

He was a machinist for Conrail railroad.

He was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Wall, where he served as an altar boy.

Paul enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, mechanics and spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife, Dolores A. (Holman) Holub, who he married May 6, 1943; two daughters, Valarie A. (William L.) Winkle of Cabot and Paula (Andrew) Kapusta of Hidden Valley; four grandchildren, Kelley Kapusta, Kimberly Sasse, Keith Kapusta and Kirk Kapusta; and three great-grandchildren, Catlyn Kapusta, AJ Kapusta, and Tyler Sasse.

Preceding him in death were his parents, four brothers and a sister.

<B>HOLUB </B>— Friends of Paul P. Holub, who died Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, were received from 10 to 11:30 a.m. today at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services followed at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Ward Stakem, OFM Cap, officiating.
