CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Robert Alan Egan, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by the Cranberry Township police with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, four counts of recklessly endangering another person, speeding and failing to stop at a red signal.
Jamaal Caracter, 23, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 6 by the Butler County Detectives with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and two counts of manufacturing-deliver-possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.
Christian Lindenfelser, 36, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and turning movements and required signals.
Michael Joseph Ball, 19, of Chicora waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by the Cranberry Township police with escape. Ball had been transported to the township for a medical evaluation when he tried to evade the counselor from the Keystone Adolescent Center in Greenville, Mercer County. He was detained at the facility by Butler County Juvenile Court on charges of simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Braden C. Stone, 37, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 2 by the Butler County Detectives with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, manufacturing-deliver-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and resisting arrest.
