Earl Charles Dundorf

Earl Charles Dundorf, 61, of Glen Burnie, Md., died July 31 of complications during surgery at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Born July 19, 1946, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Harry L. and Jane Dundorf.

He was a graduate of Moniteau High School, where he lettered in football and track. He received a bachelor's degree in education from Towson State University, where he also lettered in football.

He was a 34-year resident of Glen Burnie and recently retired as a physical education teacher at the High Point Elementary School in Pasadena, Md., a post he held for three decades. He also served as a varsity girls softball coach at Northeast High School in Maryland, where he led the team to three titles.

He enjoyed photographing and collecting lighthouses, playing Keno and trivia, and spending time with his friends.

He is survived by a brother, Arthur L. Dundorf of Andover, Ohio.
