Ordy, Stanko

Marianne Ordy and Mark Stanko, both of Pittsburgh, were united in marriage at 3 p.m. May 29 at St. Fidelis Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. James Murphy officiated. A reception followed at the Days Inn in Butler.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Patricia Ordy of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Dennis and Grace Stanko of Pittsburgh.

The honor attendant was Michelle Klann of Evans City. Bridesmaids were Stacie Kokoska of Greensburg, Lauren Stanko of Pittsburgh and Emily Klann of Evans City. The flower girl was Taylor Kokoska of Greensburg.

Performing the duties of best man was David Strosser of Pittsburgh. Ushers were Michael Anderson of Pittsburgh, Michael Ordy of Butler and Hunter Klann of Evans City. The ring bearer was Zachary Kokoska of Greensburg.

The bride graduated in 1994 from Butler High School and in 2000 from Slippery Rock University. She works for Cornell Abraxas in Wilkinsburg.

The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from North Hills High School and in 2002 from California (Pa.) University. He works for Renewal in Pittsburgh.

Following a honeymoon trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple is making their home in the North Hills.
