Street, Atwell
St. Marys residents Melissa Street and Scott Atwell exchanged wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. June 5 at Treasure Lake in Dubois. The Rev. Jeffrey Potter officiated. A reception followed at the Lakeview Lodge in Treasure Lake.
The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Jane Street of Saxonburg. Parents of the groom are Terrell and Martha Atwell of Brockport.
The matron of honor was Kathy Valenzi of Boca Raton, Fla. The maid of honor was Anne Atwell of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Lauren Atwell of St. Marys was the flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man was Rodney Constable of St. Marys. Ushers were Rich McCall of Pittsburgh and Adam Street of Saxonburg. Sam Atwell of St. Marys was the junior groomsman. The ring bearer was Andrew Atwell of St. Marys.
The bride is a 1987 graduate of Knoch High School, a 1992 graduate of Clarion University and a 1996 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where she earned her master's degree. She works at Beacon Light Behavioral Health Systems in Ridgeway.
The groom is a 1986 graduate of Brockway High School and a 1990 graduate of Clarion University. He works at the Elk County Prison in Ridgeway.
Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple is residing in St. Marys.
